Had ring me 2 days in a row. A man with a very strong Indian accent said he was ringing from O2 saying as a loyal O2 customer I qualify for a discount on my O2 monthly bill. When he started asking me to go into messages to see a text he was sending to me I decided it sounded dodgy and hung up. Today I just told them I don't believe they are ringing from O2 and told them to F off before hanging up.

CALL CENTRE. From some supposed company called FAVOR TRADE. Typical Pakis and Indians using local numbers and English names. They say you’ve registered on their platform and then send you an email with their own password to login and tell you to change your contact information ( they created it ). BE CAREFUL. SCAM!!!

Fraud A friend of mine had money disappearing from her bank account, she's Burmese and her English isn't so good so I looked into it for her. Turns out it's a company called Florist-world.com that took 2 euro from her account then took 24 euro every 2 weeks. I finally found emails from them in her spam folder, they'd somehow managed to get hold of her debit card number and were taking 24 Euro every 2 weeks, the last email said that amount was increasing to 44 Euro. There is no point in reporting to the TPS or OFCOM these numbers that any scammer can buy. The telecoms company Magrathea That sold this number also supply a list of phone numbers to call. You are on that list if this number phoned you. Best is to get something like a Panasonic KX-TGJ420E and block all 0203 calls. And leave a Google Maps review for the telecoms company.
Automated call to say that there had been fraudulent activity on our bank account. Then gave 2 amounts. £250 and £1000. (or so).from Amazon. We have had 3 similar calls in the last 3 days. All from different numbers. No money has gone from our account and no bank name was given and therefore I presume that it was a scam.
Virgin Media apparently asked for them to call landline instead and just hung up. Guessing scam.
