This is a third party marketing company who call on behalf of ALL mobile providers (T-mobile, Orange, Vodafone, O2 etc) In my case it was T-mobile and I phoned 150 from my mobile and requested my PAC number from their retentions department, intimating that I was leaving them. This company have rung several times, despite me being TPS registered and asking to be removed from database. Have been polite to them, but they just rudely hang up following my request. Complete pests. Have added to call block list.
