Probably a scam. A heavily accented voice (Indian call centre?) said he was from Sky and wanted to talk about my Broadband. I ended the call at that point.

Caller (an Asian) said he was ringing from an accident investigation solicitor based in London, about the car accident that I had during past 4 years, and they could claim compensation on my behalf. I HAVE NOT had an accident !! Obvious fraud scam. I will also report this to the Action Fraud helpline.

He asked me lots of questions about who ive had loans from and who ive had credit cards with. I said im sorry this doesn t sound right to me...he got very irritated and told me to check the number it is a recognized BT number at a registered address. This is a harassing call. They have phoned regularly for a number of weeks. They are a nuisance. I do not answer them as am busy.
Rang numerous times to here, when answered there is a long silence, when a voice does enter the equation they were very rude to me and shouted down the phone why I wasnt listening.

Received voice mail from someone calling themselves Mike Paige from CFS regrdong a "financial matter". I don t know of CFS or a Mike Paige.
The call was allegedly from Sure Cover to revise my life insurance cover, then they said I was eligible for a better price and they tried to pass me to another department but I hang the call at that point. I searched and I found an article confirming it's a scam.

PPI scam - calls my mobile several times a day, everyday. They ask for me by name then go on about I am due a PPI refund. They change their number by 1 digit, but I have blocked all of them so far, so their calls are now auto-rejected. My dad is in a hospice now and only has a short time left, so every time my phone rings, I panic. I m sick of these harassing calls!
