Automated call Recieved a call from this number threatening it was a Fraud investigation giving me a reference number then directing me to press one to get through to an agent. If I hung up and ignored the call I may end up with a fine or court proceedings.no reference as to what the call was related to? Very strange and no reason why I would even recieve such a call. Went through all the comments, I found some painful, while some were funny. My conclusion is most people can still get scammed just because they can’t read in- between the lines. I’ve be victimized. Now I have a resident expert and a professional hacker who helped me recover my funds and so far, it had been worth it. Hackers easily know a bitcoin scam. Caller stated they were calling from somewhere which sounded like Yonny (EON something) regarding our energy account. Caller did not specify which type of energy. Caller gave this number as a number to ring back 'as soon as you receive this message'. Ignored and deleted.

Beware. Asian sounding lady claimed to be storing my will and wanted to go through and check for updates. They knew my name and postcode. I hung up and went to our solicitor who said wills are held in their own store and they know nothing about any cold calls.

Utilities They said they were from BT. Starting asking about my internet. Asked if I had given my password to anybody other than family as during the times of midnight to 2am there has been unusual activity. All sounds a bit dodgy. I hung up at that point.
