This debt collection agency uses auto diallers to harass people. My advice, when you see the number displayed, is either divert it answer phone - they will not leave a message, or accept the call but don t speak and immediately hang up, that way they pay for the call but get absolutely nowhere.

The agent his name was Jay , 1 Never introduced himself or the company he is calling from, very annoying and rude, telephone manners are ZERO, reluctant to give details about his company which sounded suspicious to me and adamant to know if i have had an accident. As with the comments above I received two calls from HMRC saying they were filing a lawsuit against me. I was told to press 1 to speak to a case officer who had a strong Indian accent, asked me to spell my name and confirm my address (which I didnt and put the phone down).
