Apparently this is the Energy Advice Team and I thought this company were just cold calling me. I soon realised that they were just responding to my application regarding an air source heat pump and solar pv panels on either Facebook or Instagram. Possible scam, but not 100% sure. It seems like it is a new number and they claimed they are HMRC.
I ve been called by this number and also 08435571598 - Scottish Power about carrying out a bill comparison . Explained we were not interested, happy as we were and to remove our number from their call list but this has obviously not happened as they still ring me nearly every day at least twice at different times of day & evening = 13 times in total since early September!
