Keeps calling, last phone call when they asked to speak to me I replied," No you can t, she died last week. Needless to say tthe following day , guess what?, they rang again. I ve tried blocking the number but no success and also receive other 0203.... numbers. Really fed up with this , can be several times a day.

Said he wanted someone called Ban Newman. No one called Ben Newman could possibly have lived here for the last 20 years, as we have and had our number for 20 years and are on TPS, so either someone has misused our number or they are lying. If they call again I shall report them to the TPS and anyone else I can find.

I missed a call from what appeared to be a mobile 07937933921 I rang back but no one spoke but found on my next bill that I had a charge for personal numbering to ring this number back and I have mobile calls included for free normally. Beware you will pay a premium to ring this number and it isn t an 070 number!

Called asking for non-executive Director by name - "it s Johnny from the surveyors at Altus" were the words he used. I walked through to our Director and used the same words. Our Director said he won t take the call as he has no ongoing business with Altus and no imminent need. I returned to Johnny and advised this, to which he said "did you tell him it s a financial matter?". I responded, "No, because you didn t say it was. But he won t take the call". I used to work for Stellar (temporary after redundancy). It was an awful job that paid minimum wage with no bonus. One thing I can say about them is they are genuine partners of BT which you can see at bt.com/partners. The agents that call you have all received training of a higher standard than BT agents as they wish to protect their contracts and we actually did genuinely want our customers to get a better deal. Yes we can check who you are currently with, but it takes time so it s easier just to ask. Sor
