SCAM - Insurance Appliance Scammer - the insurance I had with them on several items (which I do not own) had expired and they needed payment from me. Obvious scammer but fun to wind up and hold them on the line (if you have the time to play)
I did not speak when answering call as I did not recognise the number, caller terminated the call without speaking, obviously another phishing scam.

It's the coop Bank. Legit call. I rang them and asked them to give me a call back with regards to an issue I had and this is the number they used

SCAM Says they are working for Visa and two transactions on my account are possibly fraudulent. She would not tell me which card it was on until she has access to my computer. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THEM. I told her it was a scam and she put the phone down. Actions speak louder than words!
This number is on documentation relating to a complaint letter supposedly from Bank of Scotland. No complaint made looks like it wants you to phone the number where I suspect charges will be incurred. It is a scam and the second one I have received. Address does not tie up no phone number like it on bank website letter unprofessional.

Silent call. Received a call from (07458 148209) on my mobile, although very few people know my mobile number. When I managed to answer there was nothing to be heard from the caller's end so I assumed it was some dodgy scammer. I received a letter purporting to come from Lloyds Bank referring to a conversation that had not taken place and asking me to complete and sign a form giving details of my back account, sort code and memorable wo. The letter looks genuine, uses a genuine Lloyds address and gives this number to call with questions.
