SCAM claims to have NI fraudulent activity regarding your NI number. Hang up. Message gets you to press one to speak an officer (probably a scammer sat in an office). Had three calls today from similar numbers all starting with 0774757****.
Just had an automated call from this number purpoting to be form HMRC, and should we ignore it, we would have the full length of the courts after us !!!

Have been getting calls from this number for a while. But last week I told them I wasn?t interested in any survey and the guy started using racist and abusive language. I gave him a mouthful and put down the phone. But he called back within 5 minutes. This time my hubby took the call and he asked for me (he knew my name) .When my hubby refused he started being abusive to him as well. This is the third call I have received. Caller said she was Windows Online Support. Tried to take control of my computer. I pretended to go along with her requests and kept her talking for 10 minutes before she eventually ended the call.

This is a fake number used by scammers to try to get personal information about you. They sound very official and scary, suggesting legal action against you. I inadvertently provided them with my name, National Insurance number and name of bank before I realised that it was a phishing attempt. The caller spoke with a slightly American accent. I tried to call the number back, but it's invalid.
My phone gave a suspected Spam message. I don't answer unknown numbers. Report. Block. Delete

Caller who sounded Indian said she was from the telephone preference service and calling to say it had expired as - she was just getting to this - the bank card used had expired. She first asked how the telephone bill was paid. As the service is free I rang off.
Had a text message saying that o2 were unable to process my payment and to avoid overdue charges to click on link and update payment details
