**SCAM** Same as last review - called from 'Vodafone' & said someone had changed my phone number. Recieved text with code during the call. I asked him to call me back in 30 mins, he said "why, are you busy"? He couldn't verify he was from Vodafone and said they'd send an email (not recieved an hour later..). Checked my Vodafone account and no activity. TBH I'm used to being ripped off by Vodafone but at least I can see it happening :)
SPAM - A woman in a busy call centre immediately offered me an iPhone 14 when I picked up the phone. Didn't know who my current provider was so I assume this is a spam call being filtered through a local number.

After endless repeated attempts from scammers trying to phish me. I dont answer strange numbers, especially ones that dont leave a message. This caller is not my doctor/ friend/work/family, so I simply have blocked them. unfortunately they pop up every day in the optimiser part of my phone despite me blocking their number.
Received a text msg today from 80870 asking what do I think about my recent experience of their Outpatients Department service at my Hospital, which I won't mention. Well, as I am visiting my Hospital for treatment at the moment and from what I read from other reviewers here, it does seem to be genuine and Free. Believe a scam - I had a letter which says it is from Lloyds Bank ( we do have a Lloyds Business a/c) but when rang this number on the letter they couldn't find our account by searching via name or post code or by ref number on letter - they asked for our account number which I didn't give or if I had a business card with me - I hung up - the phone number location for this number given above is a field near Blackburn in Lancashire but the address on letter is Edinburgh
