Fraud. We get a lot of these calls proporting to be UK numbers. Line cuts off a couple of seconds after pick up. This is an auto-dialer checking that someone will answer that phone number. now that i have seen the address and the location of the address, i believe this could be an agent for a charity that provides work for the blind. they then sell the products they make and pack via calls and delivery(very good stuff!)so i think it is legit. further i dont think they engage in cold calls only to people who have dealt with them before.
