Scammer - pretending to be from bank / card security. Commences with recorded call. This same foreign sounding person, seems to be calling from the Manchester area, and needs taking down.

A debt collection company who collect debts on behalf of eBay. My fees have been paid once then I got an email saying it d been withdrawn and I still owed fees to the sum of £25. This company however claim I owe £50?! For selling a few dresses online are you kidding. Won t see penny one from me you slag.
This number left a message about water supply problems. I rang the water company (Dee Valley) and heard the same message, so this number is genuine and is used to warn customers...

He phoned me on Sunday in response to my ad and offered me the spare parts I wanted for my classic car. SCAM This is a scam. Saying from Virgin Media broadband has been compromised. The last two days I have received the same phone call from this number and 01247653898 and 01494297243 all foreign sounding people. Don't answer.
These jokers called me today addressing me as "Mr Steven" I said where are you calling from? He said "Nationwide" I said "Really? Well then you should know that in Britain nobody is Mr first name either just use their first name or Mr with their last name". This confused my thickly accented Indian friend greatly but I think he understood me in the end. I received a call from this number to my home telephone at about 15.50hrs in the afternoon. I answered quickly as I was sat next to my telephone and could hear background sounds resembling a call centre but no-one spoke to me so I hung up. Presuably some sort of cold-call.
