A scammer just called me with an automated voice saying that I bought an iphone from Amazon and if I want to put a stop to this purchase to press 1, I pressed 1 and went through to a weirdo breathing on the phone I asked him to remove my number from their list and he said 'no because you are really cute', I said I will report this number to the police and he said he will report my number to the police because 'you called me'. A total weirdo who is not only a scammer but really rude too.

Fraud Didn't listen to the whole call, but it's an automated message claiming there is an criminal case against me (lol as IF) and to call such and such a number. Yeah right, f**k RIGHT off. Hang up and blocked them.

Said they were carphone warehouse. They hung up when I said I don't have anything from carphone warehouse. Seemed fishy...

Said they were calling to report 2 large withdrawals from my bank account to Amazon. They were definitely not!!

SCAM Male. Asian accent pretending to be from O2 offering a 75% discount on my contract as long as I give him details there and then. I'm not with O2 nor do I have a Contract. When informed Him of this. He said Vodafone have the same deal and I'd be contacted. He met my blocked list.

Interestingly they never leave a message It is not good

This is a Bit Coin SCAM .The odd number originates from the U.S. toll free system .This means the recipient pays for the call not the initiator .Beware very dangerous.

I was caught out by this today. They claimed to be calling from O2. Luckily, I realised after the call ended and was able to change my account details before any damage was done. The scammers knew all of my details - full name, address, email address, how much I'm billed each month - even my security question. They were very convincing. Today, told them again and said I was sick of getting these call. Superb sales man told me that I should " get F- - - K ING used to it ".
