Scam number trying to get details from people after sending a fraudulent PayPal money request. They get your phone number at least which they can connect to the phone number you call them on and your name which enables them to clone your identity.

Alleged call from 'customer services' asking me a bucket load of questions, when I asked what the purpose of the call was they got really shirty and said I needed to let them explain, I asked them to call me later as I was trying to sort my kids out and they just hung up.

Automated call SCAM. Said they were something like 'Visa Fraud Department' and that there were two suspicious transactions, one an Amazon Gift Card, the other an International Money Transfer. I failed a victim to a fraudulent Binary Company it was indeed a tough time for me after i was ripped off by this Binary Investors. i got linked to them through Instagram and we started texting, after a while of being in contact and knowing a bit more about each other that lead me into sharing some personal informations with him, Unknowingly to me i was dealing with a scammer and liar, this person made me believe a fake website that he uses to carry out his criminal activities in the name of Binary trading

Called asking for someone by name, who doesn't live at this address any more. I asked, who's calling please? They repeated the name. I have twice received calls last week from somebody (Roger, I think) claiming to be from SSE. He wanted to talk about a new contract. He didn’t specify whether it was gas or electricity. He first asked for somebody who has not worked here for several years. I asked him to send the new prices by email. He seemed upset by this very simple request and claimed it was impossible. I told him to call back later in the week when he had sent the email. He did from this number and came out with the same drivel
