This is FPC or Fredpay.com. They are a collection agency who normally act on behalf of Vodafone. They ask for your name , date of birth, post code etc. to confirm your identity. Simply dont give it to them and they cant continue the conversation !

Dialled 1471 on returning home (just in case I had missed an important call) and was informed that 07410973664 had called. As no message had been left I was curious to know who had called.

They had the cheek to call me again - when I was busy of course - with their wretched recorded message saying it was not too late. I think they can be prosecuted for this harassment and dishonesty, pretending people have claims when they know nothing about whether they have or not, and be heavily fined. Did not call the number back, instead called Barclays on a website published number to verify it before opening up any discussion, Never give out details to people on incoming calls from numbers you simply don t know are 100% genuine.
