Caller rang asked for a name then hung up. I called back but there was an automated message that just said goodbye

So this number called me this morning, when I answered a male with an Indian accent asked for me directly (he knew who I was), I ask who was speaking and he responded he was from the Credit Investigation Bureau - I instantly asked this idiot if that is the best he and his scamming buddy s could come up with, he responded with a stutter and promptly hung up on me. Had a phone call from them and they seemed to know some of my personal details (well, as far as my phone number, name and 1st line of my address). I asked them who they were and got the response AAC and nothing more than that. The guy was very evasive and when I asked what the call was regarding was just told it was "sensitive information". I told him he had the wrong number and I hung up. I was involved in a car accident about a year ago so they may well have been ringing about that.
