When I rang it back (02045 385857) it rang & rang. but no reply. It was not a normal ring for the UK but a ring for abroad. This made me think it was the middle of the night somewhere. IT IS A SCAM The person they named left here over 9 years ago and has updated her contact details with LLOYDS each time she moved. The question I would like answered is if LLOYDS know they have detected fraudulent activity on a card, why don’t they stop it?

American accent male stating they are calling from the financial conduct authority and have suspicious transactions on one of my accounts. “Press 1 to talk to a person about this” Generic auto call, no specific info sounds like a scam possibly but I ended the call without doing anything.
