Recorded message that I was involved in a fraud case and hed to press '1' to be connected to the officer in the case!! As a retired Police Officer I found it amusing but my elderly F-I-Law would fall for this sort of nonsense.They need prosecuting not me at nearly 76!!!!!!

Strange - holidays I have never heard of and links I do not understand. As the appear to be cold callers I suspect a scam.

I missed a call from what appeared to be a mobile 07937933921 I rang back but no one spoke but found on my next bill that I had a charge for personal numbering to ring this number back and I have mobile calls included for free normally. Beware you will pay a premium to ring this number and it isn t an 070 number!

Like others have said, AO.com trying to sell extra coverage for the appliance. I d seen here that s what they were doing but answered in the end as I was worried they might not deliver it if I didn t, since people had said they asked delivery details. In the end they just repeated what the website had said already regarding the delivery, and then pushed quite hard on the extra coverage, which I really didn t want - I bought from AO.com to save money, not spend extra! I received a couple of calls from this credit service company who offering debt help. I said that I m not interested in debt help and hung up.

Told me I had claim back on insurance hidden in mortgage and eventually...after I d been very cynical and searched online, asked for my expiry date and then said needed long card number on credit card not linked to my mortgages for a check. When I said this didn t make sense they hung upM. Give them nothing!
