Scam call claiming to be from "your bank" re a large (non-existent) credit payment

Guy with thick foreign accent claims to be from Carphone Warehouse trying to sell me an iPhone 7 for £25. Hung up when I questioned who he really was and told him he was lying when his response was "yes I am, we are in a collaberation, you like iPhone?"

Received a text which I believe to be a scam text message claiming that I should visit a website to claim my £400 entitlement for the new Government fuel bill discount scheme, yet my fuel providers have already previously stated that I need do nothing as the discount will be applied automatically without me having to claim it.

Automated call this call was a recorded message saying about bank security and that transactions have taken place if its not the case to press either 1 or 2. I've had so many of these and know it's a scam. My elderly brother went all the way through to speak to someone and realised at the last minute it was a scam so put the phone down but it worried him so much he rang his bank to make sure everything was alright. Usual asian call center thicko scammer, claiming to be from social housing repair team, ffs, how thick can you get, if you're going to try scamming someone it has to be a believable company and the above certainly isn't that. They don't like being called liars either.

2 scam calls. Both recorded message about 2 charges on "bank card". First call said charge was from Amazon (£300). Second charge from overseas (£1000). Both false.
