SCAM. No reply when I answered. Not the first scammer to fake a Cardiff number.

Scam. Pretended to be O2 and randomly offered me 30% off my bill. He had no information on me, very unprofessional, wanted me to confirm all my personal data. When I suggested this was a scam he hung up on me.

DO NOT ANSWER!!! BANK SCAMMERS!!! RECORDED CALL OVER TRANSACTIONS THEN TRY TO PUT YOU THROUGH TO SCAM CALL CENTER !!!

SCAM SCAM claiming to be O2. Offering a discount.

SCAM call. Claims to be Amazon prime. Taking 300 now and 1200 later. I received numerous calls from this this week. 9am 10am noon 5pm. Not All different numbers but this one not found on any who called me site. I leave all calls now to go to ansaphone as am sick to death of them all. If it's not amazon it's loft insulation or domestic appliance cover . The latter also a complete and utter nuisance. If all these callers actually got themselves proper jobs the country might not be in the mess it's in.

07477 707231 didn't answer it as it's on a phone number that I don't use for anything or give out. Tried calling it back and it just says number not recognised, so clearly some sort of scam. I suspect it's the HMRC scam that's going around.

Telephone call from 07830 379315 at 13:25 on 9 May, 2023. Caller said "hello" then hung up 8 seconds later. Suspect call to be scam or fraud. Advise block telephone number. Fraud, SPAM, SCAM.

SCAM - initial recording warned my electric was going to be shut off in a few minutes. When I transferred to a "representative" it was what sounded like an Indian man. He asked my name and verified my address. Funny thing is, my electric bill is in a family members name. He told me the "balance" and the amount was incorrect because I have my bill in front of me and an a real call wouldn't give me info since the account isn't in my name without other info. Said they were from Microsoft about my computer. Microsoft dont do calls like this and this isn't their number. Got annoyed when I said they weren't from Microsoft. Definite scam attempt

SCAM claims to be Tony from carphone warehouse. My Android identifies the caller as Al Kareem a legitimate company, so i answered, so it looks like they are trying to mask their Id by using that number when they call.

Claimed to be 02. Had none of our details just the phone number.

Definitely a scam. They obtained a DHL notification for something ordered overseas then try and make you think you need to pay import duty. Do not ring as number transfers to foreign network.

Receiving death threats from this number, I'm a old lady

SCAM! Pretending to be a mobile company saying I was selected for a mobile upgrade. Then started requesting details from me that they should have on file. When I pointed that out, he pretended he didn't have access because a different department has access to such details. He did NOT greed me by name. IF he would have been legit, he'd have my name and know who he was calling.

This number called me this morning saying my amazon prime was automatically being renewed at £69.99 so I can enjoy. All automated message you can't say anything. I've rung Amazon and told them so now they are aware.

Indian woman called Jessie from Housing Disrepair Association. Told me I'd been reported as having damp in the home. Asked her what country she was calling from and what location which she wouldn't answer, she then wanted to know if I was a private or social tennant. Told her I knew she was a scammer, at which point she hung up.

Appliance insurance scam

Received a number of calls from this company claiming to be working with Convention Experts for a Show they didn’t know the name of and had the wrong company name. When asked who provided them our details they wasn’t able to answer. Just scam artists!!!

Automated call, supposedly from Visa, advising of a pending payment of £900 from my account - the usual scam call ("press 1 to speak to an advisor," and then they try to get your bank details.)
