Disgusting customer service! I have a 2012 vw up and I ve just been insulted with the offer of 500 pounds! Phoned and asked for MD by his first name, totally annoying that they think they are buddies and don t have to use the last name. When asked for full name they do have it so why not use it in the first place. Trying to find out insurance renewal date, politely told them that we are not willing to discuss.
