Fraud - I think? This number rang my home landline (I couldn't reach it, I'm disabled). - I did 1471 + 3 - the number was dead. Google didn't find it (but found a few close variations from Southern American countries, not anyone I know then, (we're in UK). This number doesn't ring when dialed on landline or my mobile, (but rang me a good 1/2 minutes)? I checked & checked it again. - How's it possible? - Obviously some kind of "con", "scam" ?!
I know a real credit score hacker called Schartwz Program who helped me get my problem off my neck. Guy introduce himself saying he was contacting me as i was on a list to receive a refund due to bank charges. He asked me lots of questions about who ive had loans from and who ive had credit cards with. I said im sorry this doesn t sound right to me...he got very irritated and told me to check the number it is a recognized BT number at a registered address. Indian sounding person said his name was John called claiming to be from BT and that our internet connection could be accessed and our personal information could be compromised. he asked me to go on to my computer and he will guide me through what to do. Then i Put the phone down.

Pretends to be from Talk Talk technical department knows all your details I have been dealing with talk talk to repair an ongoing fault and get daily calls from this number first a silent call followed by being harassed and abusive language is used when I refuse as soon as I block one number the use another and won t give up. Received a text on my mobile saying that my Paypal account has been blocked. There was a link to follow to unblock it. DO NOT CLICK ON THE LINK. Check up with Paypal on another device, through normal channels. I did this on my laptop and it was not sent by them. THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT RESPOND.

Yes, I had the same. An automated voice saying they were an officer from the Inland Revenue and I would face legal action if I or my solicitor did not get back to them.
