Fraud A well spoken man allegedly called "John" saying he understood I was the the homeowner which I declined to answer and started banging on about solar panels. Told him I wasn't interested and hung up. Like many other reports I am TPS registered, so if a genuine company they are breaking the law. If a scam, as I suspect it is, of course also illegal. Have NOTHING to do with this number and "company" !!

Rang today saying it was a debt company and my husband( who they didn’t know was deceased ) owed money for a long time . I've had two missed calls from this local phone number, but they don't bother to leave a message & when I phone back it is an automated message that let's me know that nobody will answer and I can't leave a message. If you don't warn someone you're going to phone, they're not going to answer. My only guess is that it's someone from the council or Severn Trent possibly.

Person of asian origin said he was from Currys, asked does he mean the electronic retailer no reply given he then went in to retirick regards mobile networks, blocked the number as I have had quite a few of these type of calls over the last couple of months.
supposedly from my bank with suspicious activity - £300 odd from Amazon and £1100 odd from an overseas money transaction. Usual press 1 to agree or 2 to talk to agent. When 'agent' was asked who they were from just said the call was sent through to them and hung up.....need I say more...... potentially phishing

SCAM Robocall left partial message on my answerphone saying their fraud department had noticed a suspicious charge for £800 on my Visa card for online gambling in America. They had put the transaction on hold and if I wanted to reject the charge to press 1 and speak to their fraud department. Clearly a scam as I have no Visa cards.

Called about 11am this morning. Well spoken female voice with English accent said she was an official energy agent in the area and asked if I still had fibreglass loft insulation.
