Scam phone call from allegedly bank security. Recorded message claiming two charges made on my unspecified account - one a foreign money order and the other a payment to Amazon.

Claimed to be energy survey company. When told we were not interested and to delete our details, the caller said "you c**t". Not the attitude to have regardless if it was genuine or spam.

They asked for an entry fee to get our bank card number, took the entry fee then 3 days later took more money. Number 02071124802 phoned me and said they was from start up loans. www.startuploans.co.uk and wanted me to transfer them £58 for the loan to be secured under the insurance. They provided me with a person called Jamin bank details which straight away is strange for a company. I was told it was the managers details as money transferred to the company always bounces back. Completely agree with the other review. There's no reason for me to be called from England. I WOULD ADVISE NOT TO CALL THIS NUMBER BACK, as the number showed as possible fraud. There have been accounts of people calling a number like this back and getting charged a lot of money.

Rang today claiming to be from the British Gas metering team. I asked them to prove it by providing my account number. Gave me a string of numbers - not my account number. Foreign accent.

SCAM It says it’s from Royal Mail, and that you need to pay for a delivery. There is a link to pay to but don’t . Definitely a scam and are probably after your credit card details. The Link is. HTTPS://safe-help-hub.com It came as a text and I have reported it to 7726 which is the UK reporting of unwanted texts number.

Getting fed up with this number calling us. Obviously some sort of Asian call center using a UK phone number as a relay. Callers are abrupt and rude when asked politely for name and reason for call. Callers offering mild threats if we do not listen and hangs up after a while. Added to our black list but number keeps changing slightly.

Lady claimed that unknown to myself I have a bitcoin account open in my name with 4.5 bitcoin in it. All I needed to do was prove my identity and she would kindly sort out how I could activate the account and claim my money. It had apparently been opened accidentally when I had clicked on an advertising link. Isn't that just too good to be true?

Number called saying they were from the security department of my bank. No bank name was given. apparently there were two transactions going through on my card, one for Amazon and another larger sum was an international money transfer. I was invited to press 1 to cancel the transactions or 2 to confirm. Naturally I did neither.
