It's a scam to obtain money fraudulently. They pretent that they are chasing up old debt not paid for utilities from old companies. I have spoken to them and still not had a breakdown which they said they would send to me. They do not provide an address or an emai to contact them. You can not text them back on the number they send you. They do not write to you. When you change suppliers for e.g. electrics, gas. You can only change once your bill is upto date.
Called me and asked for a non-existing name.

Claimed to be from O2, said they were calling because I was a "Longtime customer", accidentally hung up themselves mid-sentence. Considering I only joined O2 last month, almost certainly a scam.
Call was at 6.41am. I rang back - not sure if that was wise - there was a mumbled (male) response, something about 'delivery' was all I could make out even though I asked which company. Told them they'd called a wrong number and hung up, feeling uneasy.

I'm getting calls on a daily basis. I never answer and always block however, each call is a slightly different number. I've even had 3 different numbers ring me within one minute as if someone is desperately trying to get hold of me!! Don't fall for that one! If you don't know the number and it's important they will leave a message,if they don't it's not important is it?
