These calls usually start again from a new number when they take on new staff and pass them a list of past customers to cold call and try to either upsell or provide further products very annoying calls

I believe this company is Harringtons Advisory ltd. PPI,Pensions,Accidents,Mortgages,debts, and other claims calls. I have found 67 phone numbers for them so far, and 35 of them end in 063. This company is under investigation by the Claims Management Regulator, but thats only for the PPI side of it. I have had nothing but hassle from this company. Caller had British accent. He said he was not trying to selling anything, and asked something about electricity. However really most of what he said went in one ear and out the other, as I quicky lose interest when getting cold callers!
