Just had a call from this number. A man called Daniel started to waffle about interest and stuff, I asked whether this was about PPI? He said it was about insurance and the interest and carried on talking about it, I asked him once again whether it was PPI. He admitted it was, I said I didn t have any, and he (rather arse-ily) said "Well, how would you know!? It s embedded in the insurance!" I said "Because I ve never had a mortgage, I ve never had a credit card and I ve never had a loan" He hung up.

I believe this company is Harringtons Advisory ltd. PPI,Pensions,Accidents,Mortgages,debts, and other claims calls. I have found 67 phone numbers for them so far, and 35 of them end in 063. This company is under investigation by the Claims Management Regulator, but thats only for the PPI side of it. I have had nothing but hassle from this company. Caller identified herself as Julie Smith from Signet Advice (as far as I could tell with some background noise). Said she d been informed I was recently injured in a car accident that wasn t my fault. I asked her how she knew that. She replied that she was sorry to bother me and would remove my phone number from their database and hung up on me without pausing for breath. Pond scum. (My number is registered with TPS and I can t stand talking to idiots so I ve reported them)
