Caller rang my home and my husband answered, the caller asked for me by full name then when told I wasn t home he abruptly ended the call and hung up. Who are these people is it a scam?

Rang this morning and warned me that one of our computers was generating spam emails in my name. Mike Reed gave me a 32 digit number which he claimed was a Microsoft licence number for all our computers on our network. As I know that each computer has its own licences number I told him I would check this my self and call him back. He gave me this number which I am now checking. I am abroad and had a miss call from this number. As I did not recognize it, I did not return the call. But I started worrying when I saw other 4 missed calls from the same number. Thanks to your reports I saved a roaming call. I HAD a contract with Vodafone, more than a year ago!
