I checked my o2 account today and it said that i have 4.50 3 times this month of a company called ume ltd.i live text o2 they told me to text stop to them and to call them for a refund .i tried to call them but goes to answer phone and to leave name and number and will contact me in 2 working days. I live text o2 this evening and they have barred 3rd party on my account and given me their email to complain i think this is a scam and a goverment one ps authority.org .uk .hopefully i can get my money back

Supposed to press 1 to speak to my internet service provider - didn't do anything just left it and they rung off. Received 5 calls from this number in the past 2 days. The lady that rang me said she was calling about an accident I had been involved in. I haven t been involved in an accident. When I asked her to clarify the date, she said "you should know, you had the accident." Avoid calls from this number. They are not genuine and it is tantamount to harrassment.
