SCAM SPAM Fraud

This was a recorded message from a number purporting to be a bank (which bank not specified) and telling me that 2 dodgy transactions had just been recorded. One payment to Amazon, and one international payment via an unspecified website. Obviously crap, but a potential cause of anxiety nonetheless.

Automated call to say suspicious transactions on my MasterCard and to press a certain number to stop them. I don't have a MasterCard.

Fraud Called claiming to be BT - saying they are cancelling our order - they new my name, business director, address (which we have numerous) asking for personal information and - when I called it back it didnt say anything about welcome to BT AVOID

Came in a scam email pretending I'd ordered a camera from Target Inc. for £129.99 via PayPal. This is the "customer service number" you have to call to cancel the order. Hovering over the email address (Laverne D Lee) reveals it's from [email protected]

Fraud This number was given to a very vulnerable elderly friend of mine for her to confirm a transaction on her debit card. Fortunately her bank did not sanction the transaction. The number is for a hotel in Vietnam!

This is a number local to me but I assume it has been hacked as it was a recorded message purporting to be amazon concerning an order I hadn't made. Scammers doing what they do best.

Recieved a call from this number , an automated one, asking me if I used my visa to pay an amount I don’t have in my bank. Didn’t wait to hear any more, cancelled call

SCAM: Overseas call centre (possibly India/Pakistan) pretending to be Virgin Media called asking me to install AnyDesk.com software to help me "fix internet problems", got very abusive when they realised they'd been wasting their time as I knew instantly it was a scam and kept them on the phone for a while

DANGEROUS SCAM. The Phone rang and caller (a computer) hung up when I didn't speak! This was a computer generated call trying to sniff out voice lines. A call waa made to my phone on 3rd of April from this the number 09036946928. I called the number back to see who it was for about 14 seconds but recieved no response. Later I relaised I was charged by my phone compny for +£6. My operator told me that the call to number 09036946928 is a preimum rate call. Now, I am keen to find out who they are and who this phone number belong to and what netweork operates this number. Please advise if you have any information.

Called claiming to be from Visa and with 2 transactions on my account. "Press 1 to connect to our agent". Logged in to my account on a PC and no such transactions. Probably a scam

It's a fake and scamster number and they will do data theft from your mobile.

SCAM Said calling from my credit card, but no company name given, about unusual transactions this morning. Wanting me to press 1, 2 or 3 to speak to someone. Supposed to have spent £400 on Amazon and £200 on a western union transfer.
