Automated voice call from hmrc asking me to press option 1. I didn't as its a scam
University of Reading number, being used to call former graduates, partly for surveys on what they now do, but also to look at fundraising for future projects at the University. So have marked as telemarketer as the main reason for calling me was to ask me to support graduates with a regular monthly contribution.

The Redditch (01527) number followed by 419 and three subsequent digits (e.g. 01527 419134, 01527 419162 etc.) are used by an apparently unscrupulous debt collection agency that is based in Grosvenor House in Redditch. Phoned my up about my Aviva policy and according to their records, I'm overdue for a review. The only issue is I don't have any policies with Aviva. SCAM!!!!!!!!! Don't think Aviva would be calling me on a mobile number either.
Called today. Recorded voice claiming to be from my broadband provider and they will be terminating my service due to suspicious traffic. Unable to disconnect the call till I had pressed the disconnect button several times and even after the voice stopped an obvious line was still open even though I could dial. If they call you ensure you have cleared the call before calling your Internet provider or use a different phone so they don't record your details.

i live in the area where the call number originates from but its not from here its usually someone from liverpool or up north with crap about car accident etc etc, tried calling it back but puts you on hold with music playing and american voice every now and again saying your call is important please hand on if only people could find a real job rather than harrassing people on a daily basis
