They call me from this number and I don't pick up because I am from Tenerife and I have no family, no friends and no business in the UK. I am sure it is a scam, be very careful. someone claiming to be from O2 called me just now from this number. They were offering a 30% discount on all my bills until the end of my contract, asked me if I wanted to go ahead and told me I would get two text messages with a code I needed to read back to them. Usefully, the text messages were from O2 (the caller had gone into my profile and done a forgotten password which triggers the texts) but the messages said very clearly not to share the info with anyone, even if they claim to be working from O2.

Fraud 01296630762 Called from this number automated call saying someone has tried to do an international money transfer from my account and to press and number. I've 3 calls in 1 hour from different phone numbers saying same thing.

Check your bank statements after receiving a call from these scammers, they will enrol you even if you decline their offer. All connected to Easylife & the DRMG group & will use your bank account details that you submitted when you purchased from Easylife !

My wife answered. Foreign male called asking to speak to XXX. No security questions asked. Claimed he was from Microsoft. When told we were on TPS, he became argumentative. He clearly hadn't heard of TPS. When asked to remove our details from their database he became aggressive and said he would disconnect our phone at our address. He knew our address because he read it out! He then put the phone down when I said in the background we were connecting to the police.

SCAM- 0128 240981 I've been bombarded by calls from similar 0128 numbers for past couple weeks. I finally answered this one today (28th October) and it was a lady with an oversees accent with echoey background noise saying she was from the National Debtline. She knew my name and kept asking me to confirm it but I didn't and I kept asking who she was then hung up when she said she was from the debtline. They don't cold call you and it's a totally different number so I blocked it.

SCAM. An Asian sounding man who called himself Simon called me to say my washing machine warranty had run out. Seeing as our washing machine is about 15 or more years old I do not doubt it. I told him not to try and scam me as I had had these sort of calls before, and hung up. I have since blocked the number.
