It said domestic and general services when I called back and got an answering machine. I can only assume a sales pitch, called me four times in two days.
Said they could get some money back from my bank for me, it just needed me to claim it,then wanted me to give them my personal details. Yeah right, told them that for data protection I do not give any details out over the phone. At this point I had goggled the number and was now aware that it some shady company by the name of Active Capital, apparently debt collectors. As previously stated, I think I had been caught by this company when trying to deal with the DVLA. I've just discovered they have been randomly removing 'Subscriptions' from my account for a while every two or three months, all at £39.
