Early morning call; the caller claimed to be from amazon asking about an iPhone order(never made) and said someone must have used my details. They asked if I was on an Android or iPhone, or to go to google on chrome to search for 'Anydesk' ( this App is for remote access, so I refused to download it,) when they realized I understood what it was they hung up. She told me she was from security at my bank card (no account name or bank) and I had £10,000 taken from my account and £2000 by PayPal. If I was not aware of these transactions I should press button 1. This call is identical to many others I have received with the same voice but differing amounts. No bank card or account is ever identified. It is a Scam to get you to press button 1 and make your phone open to the scam

They call you and ask you to chose an option via an automated audio. This will likely re-route your call to a premium number that they own. It is not a legitimate caller so do not answer it.
