I missed a no caller ID call from Dundee city council, the person gave me this number to call back on. Banking Call from Indian sounding lady, says was calling from a business called Block Chain about my investments. I have no investments wit this company so asked her to remove me from her contact list immediately. She asked me to listed to her about the investments but when I repeated to remove me from their contact lists the call was dropped.

It's a GP in Tunbridge Wells. They don't seem to leave answermachine messages. You might want to take this call if you're ill and expecting a call back from the doctors!
01223-937615 called to say my bank account has had suspicious activity.....etc. this is the second time I have had this call. now both have been blocked but I'm sure I have not heard of this Asian scam group.

Spam. Was an automated message with threat that my internet is going to be disconnected. I have a BT line, so I put the phone down on it and then picked it up and waited for dial tone and then dialled 1572, which allowed me to block the last calling number. Not sure if that blocking facility works on other providers landlines. But worth a try. It's a neat facility.

This phone number phoned stating my credit card had been used. No bank name was given. Checked as far as I can not used. There was no bank name given. Can only presume this is a scam. An 0141 number is not a usual scam number, will keep checking.
