Athough called approx 3or 4 pr day for about 2 weeks now, they still ring. No idea who they are, so annoyed they continue to attempt to call. I did try to call the number to find out who it was, but received the message that the number had been blocked. Received another call today and saw a message (presumably my service provider whether I wanted to leave a message to the caller. NO ! I don t want to engage with them I just want the scum to stop harassing myself & others. Personally a 9 rating is too low =

They have taken £39.99 from my account and still waiting for my loan which I know now wont arrive. My advise to people is to cancel your bank card at your bank stating the reason for cancellation as this loan company may take further funds. You will then receive a new bank card which will stop them from taking further funds. Called and said was calling on behalf of BT, our line was due a review... very deceptive, especially since we dont use BT haha... Anyway, called him on it he started to backtrack about how he didnt refuse to give the information... yeah didnt offer it either. Do not work with these people no matter what
SCAM I was out when the number rang me. No message left so I assume it was a possible scam.
This is FPC or Fredpay.com. They are a collection agency who normally act on behalf of Vodafone. They ask for your name , date of birth, post code etc. to confirm your identity. Simply dont give it to them and they cant continue the conversation !
Answered the call. Noone spoke. Just a lot of background office noise for about a minute and then the call ended.

After being placed in a que, an Indian Woman asked me what I wanted and I said You called me she said she hadn't... Wouldn't or couldn't confirm my NINO, Name, DOB or Benefit Type...
