So glad I ve just looked on hear, did get them to check and they said yes due for refund, lucky I guess for me I didn t have the funds to pay the £400 fee, but did receive lots of calls and also a solicitors letter, all ignored and haven t heard from them since, thanks to everyone s comments think I ve saved some money

I'm getting daily nuisance calls from a no with the Leeds dialling code. Constantly telling them to remove my no from there systems. Got call back from same people after 1 hour. Blocking nos but called from a different no with same code. Beginning to annoy me now.

I have been called several times today from this number... Once I answer there is a long pause...............then you here background noise, no speaks and they hang up...

These people insist on calling 2-5 times daily, despite having been told there is nothing for them to collect - 3 times, with evidence over the past 7 years!! They are ignorant pigs that need to be prosecuted

He then took my number off the list and said I would no longer receive calls about that survey. Rang me, left a message saying I was facing legal action. I was then told, on ringing back that I needed my debit/credit card as I had overpaid my taxes to HMRC. When asked how I had overpaid, they tried to hustel me into giving my card number.
