SCAM This is someone claiming to be someone from sky saying the router speed in my area was being checked and the engineers were making changes to speed it up. He asked me to install a support app on my phone so he could check and make changes. At no point did he use my name or go through any kind of ID process. This is a scam. BEWARE I called sky who confirmed they do not make calls like this.

A Asian guy called saying I have been awarded a 30% discount for being a loyal customer O2 customer. i Left O2 over a couple of years ago, so I checked the number out online while he was talking and the number was listed as a scam call, so knew it was a scam. He said he was going to pass me to customer service. I then spoke to the next Asian guy who said he would send me a message and to except it (phone malware). This number tried to call me twice. I don’t know who they are. I did not answer the first time, the second time I made my boyfriend answer and they hung up on him as soon as he said hello. I then messaged them saying “who is this?” They responded at midnight saying “He’ll be there in the morning to meet you, code on the gate is the same. Get to bed!” I blocked their number as soon as they sent that message. It has really freaked me out and I’m scared that someone is going to come to my house.

Apparently I applied for life insurance, even though what I suffer from life insurance can't cover. Never ACTUALLY even googled life insurance, simply talked to my partner as he's reaching his 50s in a few years. But this guy was persistent and insisted I applied, so I asked the name of his business and he couldn't answer. Google didn't even acknowledge the number. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR DETAILS IF YOU ANSWER BECAUSE IT WONT COME UP AS SPAM CALLER

scam call. apparently from my mobile provider and I have been selected to have my bill reduced, I asked who my provider was, they couldn't answer, and then asked how much it would be reduced too and they then asked for my last bill, I said if they are my provider they know how much my bill is and then the phone went down, they will try anything
