The asked me to click a link to redirect me to a web page to arrange delivery of a parcel they couldn't deliver. I have nothing on order and I am sure Royal Mail would not mispell their own name or contact me from a mobile. 100% a scam if like my elderly mother, you now look these strange numbers up online before responding.

I missed a no caller ID call from Dundee city council, the person gave me this number to call back on. I'm immediately greeted by an American automated voice giving me options to which I decide to hold for assistance cuz none of them mean anything to me. I don't type or do anything but an English automated voice comes on says "sorry I didn't get that", this repeats indefinitely.. pretty sus for a number that's meant to be the counsel. Fraud SCAM Cold call. Indian voice asks you to give long card number as some payment at some time "did not go through". I remember no such occasion with an Indian agent, and if this does happen with any other, they immediately check and enter the card number again and it does go through. I said I can't just give my card number to an unknown caller for an unknown transaction, and the agent said he would get their lawyers to deal with me. I have blocked the number.

Just received a call from this number from an articulate young man who attempted to argue with me when I questioned who he was and shouted over me rather than listening to what I was saying. It was apparently something to do with green energy and saving me money. I said I did not deal with cold callers and asked him not to ring again as he could not save me money as my energy bills are fixed but he said I did deal with cold callers as I had answered the phone! It was altogether a very unpleasant call.

Interestingly, had another call 10 mins later, this time from 01732 896820 - they hung up immediately my machine kicked in. Probably the same scammer using different numbers??
