SPAM SCAM Beware of this number, it called me with an automated voice saying that money was to be taken from my amazon account, 300 and 1200 pounds, I was suppose to click on a link number to stop the transaction but I hung up. I had received the same message 10 minutes before on a different number,

Fraud On Caller Display, this number looked like a London exchange. On answering, I got a recorded message saying it was something to do with bank security, followed by a message that was intended to frighten. I hung up, and have blocked the number. Others receiving calls like this might be taken in. What can be done to stop them?

Constantly calling because I decided not to go ahead and invest with them . Today the guy asked why should I stop calling ? Even though I asked them to please do not call again Avoid at all cost !!!!!!????

Received a text saying: "Missed call: this person/number called at 17:38 on 21st Feb but left no message." I checked my call log, full service no missed calls. I would advise do not call the number which texted as it.was not sent from your phone network provider. Scam/Hackers - Blocked ????

I had a missed call from this number when I tried to call it back it said I dialed an imcorrect number

Scam. Two withdrawals from your accout this morning. Call terminated.

Fraud Recorded message suggesting unauthorised transactions on you card. No bank name given.

Said they were BT, I had too many people using my IP. The account name was wrong. They said they could block them from their server, but it would be better from my PC. After my challenges they sent a text message with a verification code. It said to change my password. I did. Had one previously, real BT support said it was a scam. Assumed this identical call was too. Only the false account name was a clue, otherwise how can you tell?

Fraud - didn't know their own website - just asked me to goggle their name, and claimed the website I quoted, later in call i gave a different website and they also said that was correct (it wasn't !).

I have a car for sale and someone called me saying he would be interested in the car, after I said it was no longer for sale, he started threatening me to pay him 100 pounds for the gas and the trouble. I want to clarify that I had just given him the 5 minute postcode and he should have come to see the car in about 5 hours when I was free.

Creepy guy, no name given. Told me he found my number online on a website and that he wanted to have sex with me, that we should meet up and have fun. I don't use dating sites or give out my personal number online, so I am very unsure of where he has got my number from.

Another scam call from "The Advisors", trying to sell premium savings on life insurance. 'Paul' tells me their website is at theadvisors.co.uk - visiting that results in a rather empty webpage from the domain owner trying to sell the domain for £800. No proper website in place! It's the second call I've got from 'Paul' at The Advisors this week, I blocked his previous number, which was 07723553123. You can spot a pattern in these numbers, they're 0772355xxxx. I never answer these numbers. Always check sites like this first.???? Keep in mind delivery scams work because people often expect parcels. If in doubt hang up. Ring back using another phone, if possible.
