This company is totally despicable. Had a silent call from them yesterday morning then spoke with rep who called again this morning. He had my name and address, (very distressing) and claimed to be responding to an enquiry. They ve been calling me all day. I answered the last call and as soon as I asked who they were the adviser hung up! Be very weary if they call you and don t answer any personal questions as I suspect they are a fraudulent phishing company. Got call on w new mobile number. Picked up call but could hear nothing. I've tried to call back this morning and all I get is some frantic piano playing and a fast US message asking me to stay on line for next available agent. Apparently my call is very important to them! After 5 mins I rang off. Is this a number that just gets people to hang on and they get the revenue??? A waste of time.

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 16893259xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with Pension review company, PPI. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...

Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. I recommend to block the whole 8435507xxx range... People did someone answer this number?

have just answered a call to my mobile from this number - female caller asked for me by name and said that she was phoning from Crystal Solutions regarding debt. She went on to ask if I had any debts or money worries. She had a foreign accent, although I couldnt decide if it was american, caribbean or asian, and due to the noisy background it was very difficult to make out exactly what she was saying. I then kept asking her where she was phoning from, which part of the country, and her reply was 'the UK'! S
