I've been called several times from this number. My number is a Portuguese one. I didn't reply, because there's no one that could be calling me from the UK. It must be spam.
Some kind of call centre, asking whether we pay for our gas and electric and claiming they're carrying out a "national investigation" on whether we can be compensated.

SCAM - A man called "Mark Ryan" claiming to be from Derby County Court with a High Court Writ out against your business for an unpaid amount of almost £4000. repeat nuisance caller, unsolicited - related to visiting and registering an eye surgery site. The only way to get an information download was to register. Seriously distrust anything that takes this harassment approach. Number blocked.

This number has repeatedly phoned me, but not left a message (and phoning the number gives "you have dialled an incorrect number". Strongly suspect it is call from 'Beneficial' in which case it is either a scam call or, at best, a harassing call.
This may not be a scammer but it is annoying, Avery's Wine Merchants who seem to call from various related numbers to hawk their wares. Bloody nuisance.
