Called claiming to be Scottish Power. I stupidly went through the security questions (address and DOB) as I am in process of leaving Scottish Power. He then said I had a balance to pay on the account and would I like to pay by card. I had suspicions though and said I would do it online - he asked why, at which point I was really suspicious and called up Scottish Power who didn t know the number, and said my account was in credit. Impersonating a police officer is actually a criminal offence. Reckons I was caught using my phone by static camera, told him where to go and suggested he uses local officers to knock on my door. Now blocked.

The same for us - scammers. Luckily we have BT Guardian so have just added these time wasters to my blocked list so they can't get through again!

Rang this morning and warned me that one of our computers was generating spam emails in my name. Mike Reed gave me a 32 digit number which he claimed was a Microsoft licence number for all our computers on our network. As I know that each computer has its own licences number I told him I would check this my self and call him back. He gave me this number which I am now checking. I will not be letting him give me any instructions for my computer or any other information as it is obviously a way to get more i

Had loads of these calls. After they speak, just tell them you are recording this call and will be charging them £10 per minute. They will soon F**K OFF.

Still getting the same PPI calls again from these morons once again. These are the same PPI cold callers, and I still play I play along with them with them when I answer the phone. I normally speak to a South African chap who then starts to get very aggressive and loud when I asked him simple questions repeats himself once again. My record will show that I have been alert through two telephone contacts from my sheltered housing flat in ensuring that my bills are timeously paid with appropriate assurances. I, no-one I know, and no-one in their right mind would answer an unknown number. After searching through hospital numbers for fear it might be a dear friend trying to get in touch I found tonight the 10 or more calls came from my energy supplier with whom prior arrangements were amicably in place. Quantitatively this is harassment:
