Claimed to be EE, highly doubtful, didn't know my name which EE would. Caller had very strong Indian accent, everytime I've spoken to EE they've had UK based centres, also when questioned about call origin she wasn't sure where call was routed from...very suspicious Definitely seemed very scam-like

I missed a no caller ID call from Dundee city council, the person gave me this number to call back on. I'm immediately greeted by an American automated voice giving me options to which I decide to hold for assistance cuz none of them mean anything to me. Curtis has called two days running now pretending he had a meeting booked with a colleague on 9th June when told this was not true he went as far to say hed listened back to call in which he arranged this meeting with said colleague A complete lie the colleague he is trying to speak to doesnt even deal with the phone contracts If this is genuinely Three mobile they need to seriously review their practices as Curtis came across as aggressive and needs to be sacked
