Called asking for someone by name, who doesn't live at this address any more. I asked, who's calling please? They repeated the name. 01482 293843 called me several times. I called back and got an automated message saying welcome to Vodafone all of our operators are busy right now please hold blah blah blah... I hung up. My broadband contract has just ended with Vodafone and I already renewed it with them on a social tariff. Maybe the call was connected to that. I saved the number to contacts so the name will come up if they call again and I'll answer it to find out. Like many I don't answer withheld numbers or numbers I don't recognise.
It is a scam pretending to be O2. They got into my account and ordered an iPhone which I didn't ask for. Luckily they didn't manage to change the delivery address and I changed my password on time. O2 confirmed it is a scam.

Told him I had done that already this morning and was quite happy with it but he was insisting I tried it on my computer or laptop. Called from this number 08.31 today - caller claimed to be from my bank and that there had been suspicious payments on my bank card. This was followed by the usual requests that I press numbers to confirm or reject these payments, I did neither just hung up and checked my bank information.

I lost all my savings to CM Trading. I invested 100,000 and they refused to allow me to withdraw both my initial deposit and accrued interest. I have reached out to a recovery expert spyhacktech @ gmail com to help me recover the money back from them and it is really progressing.
