Clearly scammers as I suspected, but he does his best to sound convincing and gives some details and even a post code in Reading which is Microsoft's Headquarters (RZ6 1WG), but not enough details to make it genuine (as it clearly is not). This number called me again. apparently i was involved in a car accident and i am eligible to money compensation. I had no idea i had a car accident, thank God i had them to tell me. Do not answer cause they will never stop if you do.
I have been called at least once a day for the last week. They either hang up before I get a chance to answer or there is just silence when I do answer. It s particularly annoying as they are diverted to my mobile phone from my office number .... I have the privilege of paying for the divert ! I have just called their office number and asked to be removed from all future calls / campaigns or whatever.
