This number is used by Boku, a phone collection service (based in San Fransico, USA - with supposedly Europe wide offices) that collects "subscriptions" from, normally inadvertantly, "subscribing" to on-line adverts, messages and web sites. Boku send you a confirmation text, using this number, to tell you that you have just subscribed again. I had a call today. There was a big pause and I could hear all this chatter in the background, then they said they were BT, I am not even with BT, I hung up.
