An English voice. He asked for me by the correct name and when I said yes he said "Hello Maam, I'm Dean Baker, I'm calling from Microsoft, it's about your computer, how are you today?" This company are scammers, they place duplicate orders with suppliers, and attempt to use the payment for one on all the orders. They are abrasive and deceitful.

Found listed online as giffgaff Customer service. My mobile phone account was debited by £6.25. Obvious scam as giffgaff as I found out later have no call centre to contact them.
Caller claimed to be from EE offering a 35% discount. Quality of Line suggests it was an international call in spite of the landline being a British number.
Tried to tell me their double glazing was superior to the type installed in our house, which is only a few years old. I just rang off.

I have been called 3 times by this number today. It is highly irritating as I drive a lot. No one there when I answered the third time of them calling. I called back to a recorded message with an American accent saying This number is out of service . My guess is that they are testing to see if the number is in use and you will get a load of marketing text messages once this number is answered or called back which I recommend you do neither.
