This number has rung me several times. As it happens I know it's a fake as the dialing code is the same as my own home and I know there are no local numbers beginning with 7. I have barred the call but always seem to get another variation of this number ringing me.

Unrecognised tele number that actually left a message in the form of a female electronic voice with US accent. Message didn’t begin as you would expect - seems to come in part way through a sentence - but the gist suggests an arrest warrant for financial irregularities has been issued & to call the number back. No name reference etc. Clear fraud. Number blocked but will keep in case of a future similar call from a similar number & pass to the authorities. Derbys.
