Spam caller claiming to be from Vodafone (my mobile contract isn't with Vodafone), wanting my bank details so they could apply a discount to my contract. Very persistent - when I told them I didn't know my postcode they called back the following night. Even provided me with a (mobile!) number I could call to check that they really were Vodafone.

Caller ID identified the call was from Bishops Stortford. The caller said he was from O2 offering a 30% discount on my tariff. I told him I was suspicious of this call, he diverted me to another person who repeated the discount spiel. Asked why I'd be getting a discount, he said many complaints to O2 has led them to offer 'selected customers' a discount; I wouldn't have to give him any personal details, he would send me 2 texts. so I told him to sod off and disconnected the call. Getting so fed up with calls from this number, and others including what appear as mobiles, telling me that my "home appliance insurance" with them has expired, or is about to expire, and asking for my bank details so that it can be renewed. Very strange that the company insuring me (they're not, of course) has no idea what appliances I have. Calls coming 2-4 times each day.
Someone from this number called my sister at approx 13.05 today. My sister is undergoing extensive jaw rebuilding procedures after having mouth cancer and cannot speak properly. The male caller said to her "you can't talk properly, is it because you have a cock in your mouth"!!!! My sister put the phone down and has been crying ever since. Tried calling the number back and it says invalid number. I'm fuming!!!!
Picked up the phone, nobody spoke and the call ended after a few seconds. I'm registered with TPS, so assume this to be a scam.

Machine called, purporting to be my bank and telling me about two recent transactions in my bank. I was offered to press 2 to speak to an advisor, which I did and a woman answered (Asian accent) " 'allo, 'allo" then "can I help you authorise you bank account?". I declined. My bank knows nothing of this. So - this number is obviously using technology to try and get access to people's bank accounts.
Spoke with robot voice claiming to be from amazon and charging a fee of £95 For a service which I’ve never signed up to.
